THE FROST WALLS GO UP

PART III:  TAKING DOWN THE FORMS

September 6, 2008

At 8 o'clock the morning of September 6th, the Polar Bears Club volunteers and Marty Morgan and his crew were at the site to remove the frost wall forms.

Bob Stickney, Ron Russell, John Blais, and Gene Knox

As the forms came down, the cement adhering to

the face of the forms had to be scraped off.

The forms were then placed in racks ...
...and the racks loaded on the truck.  That's Marty Morgan operating the lift.
Gene went around the walls knocking off all protruding form ties.
In under two hours, all the forms were off, loaded into racks, and on the truck!

The groomer garage is 38' by 54' and ready for the next phase: bring in more fill.
